🌷🌻 fave herbs for spring allergies

Published 20 days ago • 1 min read

Hey Reader,

I hope you have an amazing Friday and an even better weekend. If you are getting outside, you may notice that spring allergies are upon us.

Today I want to chat a little bit about herbs (and I know that *might* scare you a little bit- but it doesn't have to!

Starting in the world of herbalism can look different for everyone. You can forage herbs, grow your own herbs, or simply just buy herbs online.

I do a combination of all three! But at first, I just ordered some online. But that can also be confusing. What companies are reputable, and what is wild harvested vs. organic?

As far as buying online, Starwest Botanicals is my favorite option, followed by Frontier Co-op and Mountain Rose Herbs.

In today's episode, I list six herbs for spring allergies🌷, how to take them, and even how to get your kids to take them (disclaimer: I am not a medical professional).

LISTEN NOW and stop the AchoOOOooos!
